The location was 10 min walk from Rinku Town train station. We went to get some rest/sleep before boarding a red-eye flight at KIX (not staying the night). Glad that someone was at the desk for check-in, helping us with the self-served iPad check-in!

Great view over KIX airport and great access to the Rinko town premium factory outlets. Liked the view from 26 flood. Ice machine and laundry were great use. Easy parking if a tad expensive. Very clean and great staff. Great hotel. We shall be back.

Not clean not tourist friendly charged water tax but not allowed to use as have a small tattoo drunken noise patrons until early hours in the morning. In hallway. As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. Even that we paid we went to local JoyFul. Restaurant. Walk through car parks. Not a great location

I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. You can better relax and do some shopping at Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall or just walk around the area parks or the Aeon shopping mall for more variety.

The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

Conveniently located at the airport for those arriving too late for onward travel. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room with all necessities. Sadly no room service available and the only option for eating following a 10:00 pm check were a nearby gyudon restaurant (basic) and 24-hour convenience store.

We paid a significant premium to stay in the only hotel connected to Kansai airport. All other hotels require a shuttle or train ride to Kansai. We were happy to pay extra for the convenience when arriving by train and then flying out the next morning.
Good value Japanese restaurant available outside the hotel in the same building up the escalator.
Hotel dining options looked really nice but were outside our budget e.g. JPY4000 for breakfast. Maybe get a deal with breakfast included?
This is a lovely Japanese hotel chain located close to the Kansai Airport. It was extremely clean. The rooms were a decent size with a generous size full bath ( for a Japanese hotel). The major highlight, however, is the onsen spa locatedon the site. Perfect for relaxing after a very long flight! I purchased a plan that included breakfast and was very pleased with the quality and amount of food provided also. The staff was extremely polite. I was delighted with the dinosaur robots, checking me in.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They were they responsive to my messages and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth stay. The facilities were good, as well as added on services like hotel breakfast (you have to pay a little more but it was not very expensive) and there was even a liquid buffet in the evening (the alcohol is not magnificent but for the price, it was really good). It was very close to the airport too. Would definitely stay again!
The hotel was the perfect location to spend the last night in Japan before leaving. It was a short trains ride away from the airport and was a quick walk to the train station. The lobby had a scale that could be used to weigh luggage to make sure it was under the weight limit. The hotel also watched luggage before check-in and after check-out which allowed us to explore the city before and after our stay. The breakfast was also really good.
This is a very nice hotel, on the way to Kansai airport. Early morning airport shuttle service was available. There were many selections during breakfast. Could be one of the many great choices for coming or going to the airport, or to the nearby Rinku Town. Osaka downtown is also accessible by rapid train. For the right price, I will stay again.
Nice hotel. Dinned standed out, good food of good quality!! Hot Springs were very good, we had a great time. The view was ok, it's next to a river but it's Hard to see it from The Window. The view is of trees, which is nice. The have a shuttle to the train station but only at 15.30 pm or 10.00 am (check in and check out time)
The Hotel was close to the airport and helped to be less stressful for the departure. The free shuttle is a real plus and we were at the airport in 20minutes. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view. The room was really small but ok for 2 nights and clean.
The hotel is located in a high rise building adjacent to the Rinku Town Station. Free shuttle service to the airport is provided, which is a plus point. The view from the room was great. There are a couple of convinience stores nearby.
Service is top-notch, very accessible to Narita airport. Clean, functional hotel, room is spacious for a Tokyo-based hotel. My only wish was that the shower area was different from the bath tub, but no complaints. Highly-recommended!
I loved that there was enough space to rearrange our luggage, which we truly appreciated. Cause this is not always a given here in Japan. Their bathtub was also definitely bigger than other hotels we’ve been in.
The room size is larger than most hotels in Japan.
The staff was very helpful during check-in. They also help us store our luggage for 2 days. Also they were waiting for us until midnight due to flight delay.
Location nearby airport, also you have a shuttle bus provided by the hotel to get you to the airport, also the breakfast provided was really satisfying
