Not clean not tourist friendly charged water tax but not allowed to use as have a small tattoo drunken noise patrons until early hours in the morning. In hallway. As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. Even that we paid we went to local JoyFul. Restaurant. Walk through car parks. Not a great location

I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. You can better relax and do some shopping at Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall or just walk around the area parks or the Aeon shopping mall for more variety.

The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

Conveniently located at the airport for those arriving too late for onward travel. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room with all necessities. Sadly no room service available and the only option for eating following a 10:00 pm check were a nearby gyudon restaurant (basic) and 24-hour convenience store.

We paid a significant premium to stay in the only hotel connected to Kansai airport. All other hotels require a shuttle or train ride to Kansai. We were happy to pay extra for the convenience when arriving by train and then flying out the next morning.
Good value Japanese restaurant available outside the hotel in the same building up the escalator.
Hotel dining options looked really nice but were outside our budget e.g. JPY4000 for breakfast. Maybe get a deal with breakfast included?
Stayed for 5 nights, liked everything. Good 3 star hotel. My room was clean and warm. Everything worked properly, there was no mold, the bed linen was fresh. Towels, toothbrushes and trash were removed every day. The staff is pleasant and polite. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the airport. You can also order a transfer from Izumisano or Iharanosato train stations. Delicious varied breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. There are also interesting places nearby.
The room was very clean and the front desk man was a wonderful man. I want to let him know that he made us feel well at home and happy about choosing this hotel. The facilities were very clean in our room. Even though they were old or old styled, I could see (from doing housekeeping myself) that they were well cleaned. They also helped arrange a airport shuttle for us.
The large room size made having to share with a friend easier. We had the top floor and the view was lovely. It was a quick walk from the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the free shuttle service to the airport.

Lovely hotel with friendly service, 2 train stops from.Kansai airport. Rooms were much bigger than usual for Japan. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was only $10aud extra and worth it. They also have free alcohol and softdrink between certain hours. We took the free shuttle back to the airport too.
The room was huge and the staff were friendly. The location is very close to Osaka airport and the free shuttle to the airport was great. It looks like there are a few attractions close to the hotel. I stayed for one night but I would happily return and stay for two nights.
After a very long day, and a long lay-over at Haneda, the proximity of the hotel to the airport was excellent. Our room was comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast was superb. Staff were very helpful.
The hotel has very helpful and kind staff. It is well equipped with different things as coin laundry, free drink, extra amenities, manga corner and most importantly free shuttle bus to the airport.
