It's a unique glamping stay, something different from the usual lush hotels we were used to. We were worried that we would be peckish at night since there were no convenience stores around the area however, there was still an option for in-room dining even though we were sleeping in a tent! There was even an option to have a BBQ outside our tent so we had it for one of our dinner nights. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient too. As for the "room" itself, we were very happy and comfortable. It had a very spacious and comfortable bed, air-con to beat the heat outside and good channels for TV entertainment. Oh, and the spa is not bad.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.

We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do...
We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do at the property itself for the three days that we spent at Natra. We did not have to step outside the property so there was not much exploring of Lagoi Beach beyond the Treasure Island area which was amazing and impressive.
The always smiling, ever-helpful staff at Natra Bintan was icing on the perfect cake of this holiday.

Things are generally more expensive within the resorts in Lagoi area. Advise to purchase beverages, snacks and other necessities from outside stores or mini marts instead.
Sand dunes and blue lake great for pics/vids but weather can be extremely hot so drink lots of fluids or buy from the local drink stores when you make your way in.
Visited 500 Luo Han Temple located on the hillside and Guan Yin Temple in Tanjung Pinang.

The grounds and views were spectacular - if you don’t play golf there is absolutely nothing to do - it can become quite boring.
The price of meals and drinks is sooo expensive that it is a joke. The location is so remote that there are no alternatives other than to dine in.
Staff were amazing (especially: Fendi, Abel, Sella and Benny), friendly, polite and helpful. Natural beauty of the beach and nature. Pool was fantastic. Hotel was very quiet during our visit so we had the beach and facilities to ourselves. Food was varied and plentiful. Fun amenities like ping pong table, beach sports, aqua zumba and much more. We received a complementary room upgrade which was lovely too!
The resort is located at one of the best beaches in Bintan. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel has one restaurant that serves a decent variety of cuisine. Breakfast is decent including several made to order fare. The hotel accommodated both early check in and late checkout.
The hotel grounds and property were excellent. Staff were generally friendly and efficient. Coach transfers between the resort and the ferry terminal were efficient and comfortable. Lunch and dinner restaurants had reasonable variety and food was good, but expensive.
Clean and well maintained villa. Lots of greenery around and small ponds with lotus flowers looked really nice. Very close to the pool and Nirwana hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, always willing to assist with smile.
Incredible place, very peaceful and the villa was gorgeous! Impeccable service from all the staff wherever we went or asked. The breakfast buffet was really good, and we had an amazing massage at the hotel spa.
Some of the events hosted by the hotel are really worth enjoying, such as movies and bands.
All the staff are polite and patient. It makes me feel happy from the inside out：） thanks !

The sea facing cottage was great. Ample chairs and hammocks were provided. The beach was painstakingly cleaned everyday . Overall a relaxing experience.
