The geography of the resort across a river, with islands and bridges (and fake crocodiles!!) and small hills. Lovely private swimming pools. Beautiful common areas with art works, designed with a lot of taste. Very good spa facilities with excellent massage treatments and value for money! Very easy to book too. The staff is extremely helpful, with good communication via WhatsApp and ready to assist you with everything that can improve the quality of your stay. We booked a room without private swimming pool as we misunderstood that there was a common pool. The staff was so kind to give us access for free to one of the private pools which was available. The location is a good base for exploring different areas of southern Bali. Works to build a big common pool atop a hill were under way and are foreseen to be concluded at the latest by the end of the year.

The staff is simply amazing. I made a new friend in DekGus, the supervisor. Authentic Bali, surrounded by hard workers, rice paddies and kites. Hot shower with pressure, nice pool, beautiful nature and good breakfast. The Bono Coffee at 200 meters is a gem. Very local ambiance where you can find excellent cold Frappe and Goreng for 2$. If you want to go somewhere, just use Gojek and 5 minutes later, you embark on a scooter for an adventure. Priceless!

The rooms were perfectly clean and had tons of space with nice big attached bathrooms. The restaurant on-site has a great menu and delicious food. I have gone back since just to eat. In fact, that will be my regular lunch spot whenever I'm heading to north Bali. They also have room service to deliver meals to your room if you don't feel like going out and private balconies to relax, eat enjoy the views. Not to mention, the property itself is gorgeous! There's a huge pool with statues and lots of greenery. The scenery is wonderful!

Staff were amazing.
Staff were amazing. Very helpful this seems to the case in every hotel we have been at in Bali. The area around it is interesting. The rooms were nice with pleasant views. The bath is a bit of a hazard as you can only enter bath, and put on water or open plug from bottom end. We avoided this by just showering but it is an issue for the frail or elderly.

There was no staff to attend when we came

A huge compound with lovely gardens and great views. Several nice pools, nice for swimming. There's a lot to explore on the hotel grounds and you can even do some walks there. Looks like the place still has a lot of potential.
Our room was comfy with a nice bed and strong AC. Good balcony, too. The place was barely 30% booked when we where there, so we had most of the infrastructure to ourselves.
We liked the breakfast buffet!
The property is amazing 🤩 unique. Surrounded by nature several swimming pools and even a beautiful lagoon swimming pool.
There is a bird sanctuary around the resorts. The staff are wonderful people.
I would highly recommend this resort it’s beauful peaceful and just amazing 🤩
They also have shuttle bus that can take you to Ubad, Sanar, and kermaras everyday.

Room space was very large. I love the bathroom :). Good for relaxing. Enjoy the place with no rush life. During our stay, the hotel spa was closed. However, we had massages in our rooms from the freelance therapist. The baliness massage was superb and worth every single cent. The rate was just around $12/hr. The food was good. Everything was excellent for 4 of us. We're very happy.
Amazing new built hotel, we were one of the first guests.. they have beautiful rooms with big nice bathrooms. Pool and jacuzzi outside.. The staff was incredible, so friendly and caring. Service is excellent. Breakfasts was similar as in the restaurant, delicious food..

The impressions of staying in this hotel on the island were simply indescribable. The transparent sphere surrounded by the greenery of tropical forests became my refuge, where I could enjoy solitude and the beauty of nature. Waking up to the sounds of birdsong and spending evenings enjoying the scent of flowers was something incredible
The villa offers two clean spacious bed rooms and two bathroom with small private pool as bonus. It has kitchen with basic utensils for cooking simple meal. I love the balconies on 2nd floor for chilling session looking at seaview. The villa located at main street which connect Gianyar and Denpasar. Good for long stay.
I loved everything here. I felt welcomed and the staff was so kind in every way. It was super clean. Also I loved the suite with the private pool directly next to our bedroom. The staff organised a motorbike, laundry service, breakfast in our room, breakfast for take away... I really recommend this Hotel !!!
Clean, new, quiet, lovely attentive and helpful staff, handy to a variety of surf breaks. Room very comfortable. Nice fluffy doona and pillows. Firm bed. I had already paid for a hotel in Legian, and came for one night to Cucukan Beach Guest House, but extended for as long as I could until time to go home.
It was a unique experience for us. The perfect place to escape the crowded streets and spend the night surrounded by nature. Despite its specificity design, the hotel does its best to make your stay comfortable.

A superb, new hotel, with all facilities, extremely kind staff, very good food. Top marks go to the jacuzzi and infinity pool, in a beautiful natural setting. You feel in paradise! Everything is done with good taste, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous.
I've stayed at Agrapana Beach Villa for 5 nights. It was a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel near to the beach, friendly and helpful staffs, great breakfast, quite place, a very comfortable stay, complete with high speed Internet. Awesome.
Very nice view from balcony, beatifull swiming pool. Staff was very kindly! You can leace your baggage before check in and going explore Bali. If you want to visit something close, 15 minutes from hotel have temple with holy springs

I like the room and cozy, with the cheap price including pool just amazing. The locations very close with Dispenduk Gianyar walk distance only. And all facility arround the guesthouse. I am so satiesfied.
