Everything, the location and apartment were perfect and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the town and a beautiful view out to sea. Nice size balcony and everything you needed for a great holiday.

Everything was close on foot. Supermarket 5 min, beach and a very good restaurant 10 min. The hosts were friendly and kind. We couldn't check in earlier (which is understandable), but we managed to agree on an early leave (6 am). The accomodation was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The stove is induction style, so if you want to cook anything, bring appropriate ware.

The Villa is big, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and livingroom with a big sofa. The whole place is clean and well equipped. All windows have nets against insect and very effective shading. The swimmingpool is large, water is regularly cleaned by the host. It is located near the sea in a quiet area with an absolute privacy. The host is kind and helpful.

Perfect place for family with kids - different beaches even with sand and shallow water, a few playgrounds, everything is very close. We enjoyed beach sapavac with shallow water and healing mud the most, but we visited 10 beaches and we loved them all. On the other hand - we were there in october and there was not many people on beaches and everywhere which we loved, I am not sure how we would feel in summer when beaches are full of people. Also a lot of fast foods, shops and bars were closed because the season was over so it was like peacefull village :) It must look very different in summer.

Vir is a small island, easy to explore and see the most important things even during a short stay. For some it may be too busy in the season, but in the off season it is a very lovely and romantic place. Many water sports and other leisure activities are available, and many restaurants offer a wide variety of food for those seeking culinary delights. The water supply is quite poor, so it is advisable to avoid drinking tap water, or consuming ice cubes or fruits washed with tap water in those parts of the island where there is no piped drinking water service.

We stayed for a 5 days, many nice beaches are all accessible with a car - if you don't mind using a car everyday, then you can find a beach that suits you.
The city center is pretty dirty, looks a bit like a dodgie place. We couldn't find a good restaurant - we tried 2 best ones (according to google and trip advisor) but all tasted like I was cooking the food, or to be more accurate - like I was heating up the food in microwave. The prices are much higher than for example in the island of Pag and are definitely not worth it.

The best time to visit is after 15 august because is not to crowded and not to hot.
Search the best beach for you! There are like 20 and not far one from another.
Eat at Tony pizzeria! Good food, not expensive, in front of the beach and fast served
Do not miss the evening walk! Is the best time to see what Vir can offer.
Have kuna in cash! Most of places do not have the possibility of paying with card.
Bath shoes 100% neccesary on the beach.
Take care about driving because the streets are quiet narrow.

Vir is marvelous, peaceful and calm place to stay. It is close to historical city of Nin with his own attractive possibilities a for all age groups, preferences and activities through the day and evenings. We loved the mud baths and Solana.
Looking forward to visit again.

Vir is easy accessible by car.
Vir is easy accessible by car. There are so many different beaches and swimming places on the island. We were surprised to find some lovely sandy beaches. We also loved snorkelling here. The water was crystal clear and we saw plenty of fish and interesting sea life. Jadro beach offers different water sports and rentals such as SUP's and jetskis. Here you can also do parasailing. There are also plenty of restaurants on the island.
This was an amazing experience. The location of the hotel just outside the (classic pebbly Croatian) beach is amazing, with the majority of apartments looking out at the see. The whole apartment is super stylish, comfortable, and clean. You can easily spend a week or two here, and it is no wonder this place was fully booked at the end of Aug when I stayed there. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around, and the whole island is basically a tourist resort.
We had a great time staying in Apartment Barbara. The apartment has two big terraces with plenty of space. The aparment is well equipped, it had everything we needed.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they waited us with local speciality as welcome drinks.

The apartment is close to the restaurants and to the bakery and to the supermarkets and also to the beach.
The apartment is located in a quiet part of Vir. The beach is literally a few steps away and the sea is very clean. You won't find crowds on the beach, but don't expect extensive infrastructure either. The owner Darija is a very contact, nice and hospitable person. He is fluent in English and German. If you are looking for a place for your family away from the crowds and noise, this will be the perfect place for you.
Very clean and modern apartments. Our apartment (in the groundfloor) was all day hidden in the shade. In the kitchen you can find all accessories which you need. The apartment is located in the quiet location but in to center of Vir you can walk in 5 minutes. It also takes 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The owner was very friendly.

The stay in the facility was wonderful. It is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The hosts are very friendly. The appearance and equipment of the house are phenomenal. Recommendation to everyone for accommodation on Vir.
This apartment is all you need for a perfect holliday. The hosts are nice and respect your privacy. If you are in need of groceries the market is just 1 minute from the place. The beach is also only 3 minutes away. All in all 10/10.
Everything was good. Really clean apartment close to the beach. Wifi is the only thing what is not soo good but it is not the apartment fault everywhere in vir internet is bad when there is a lot of people.
Very friendly host, the house was nice and cozy, comfortable matresses. Several wild beaches in the area. Nice place if you want to stay away from the noise of the city (center of Vir).
