The location was beautiful, we had red squirrels visit us in the garden and to wake up to bird song, was just the best. The accommodation was so comfortable. We will be staying here again.

When I am check in time, the receptionist the person said its room is ready, but i’m going inside room room is not ready. Window is open. The plate is very dirty already eat it plate The cleaning is very bad was really uncomfortable, staying 2 nights

My room had been recently refurbished. I was extremely happy with it for the class of hotel and price and with a good breakfast included. It was handy for the beach, Shanklin Old Town , good restaurants and buses. The staff were exceptional, not only friendly but helpful above and beyond expected, managing and helping me resolve problems not of their making. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well organised. The breakfast was excellent with lovely friendly staff and very prompt service. The room had an amazing view of the sea and the bed was super comfortable. The swimming pool areas were clean and tidy. We honestly could not find fault with anything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the Autumn.

We loved the size of the room and the facilities in the room. The hotel also has a lovely indoor swimming pool and sauna. The location is also very convenient, just 15 minutes walk away from the train station, and 5-10 minutes from the Shanklin beach.
