Modern appliances, fixtures, and furniture that included a combo washer and dryer as my husband forgot his clean underthings and tops from a backpack lost on a commuter train. We definitely had to wash dirty laundry the moment we checked in.
We also liked that it is close to a train station and bus stops — train (4 minute-walk) / bus (8 minute-walk).

Very nice and luxurious. The finishing was really good. The beds were very comfortable, everywhere was clean, sheets clean, kitchen, sofa. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely visit again and again.

Hardly a tourist destination.
Hardly a tourist destination. Handy for doing business in the area (in my case attending a funeral) but I did wonder what the coach party that was staying there were doing or a couple of families with young children. Sutton itself very complicated to drive around with one-way systems, lots of chicanes and 20 mph speed limits.

Sutton is great.
Sutton is great. Local shops and local buses for ease of travel. The people are friendly and there are lots of marshes/large green areas to walk, sit and play. We ate at Miller and Carter which was the best dining experience we've had in a long time. Great food, atmosphere, music and service. We also ordered a take-in from a local pizza company.
I would ensure that there is adequate parking near where I stay and adequate sleeping space for my family.

It’s in a very good position , whenever we visit South London or even London, we like to stay at The Holiday Inn, Sutton..
The cleanliness is very good and all the staff, friendly and efficient ..
We ate at the restaurant both evenings for our two day stay, service excellent and food good.
There was nothing I would avoid, on next visit, and we look forward to returning soon.
My wife and I stayed for four weeks so had a good chance to see the good and bad of Flexistay Sutton. On the good side; it was ideally located for us being only 10 minute walk away from our daughter, Sutton Station and Sutton Main Street. Overton Recreation Park is a 5 minute walk away and we visited it often. The room we had was a reasonable size with a sliding door to the back courtyard (Room 4). Joel and his team did a good job of keeping the place clean and being generally hospitable. The all day help-yourself breakfast worked brilliantly.
Brand new flat, furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for a family of 4, easy to get to Sutton and Morden for the tube. The flat had everything we needed for a week long stay. Bus stop literally right outside the flat and lots of restaurants/amenities nearby. The host allowed us to check out late which was handy with 2 small children in tow. Communication with the host was good.
friendly and helpful staff
the food was excellent
the rooms were relaxing with an amazing comfy bed
good quality toiletries provided
tea/coffee facilities with fabulous biscuits
the greyhound is close to train station and there’s a regular bus service so great place to stay if you were going to London
we totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend - thank you
Location is just a 2 mins walk away from Sutton High Street in a quiet residential area. The property is equipped enough for a short stay. The host was superb in communication and also allowed me to drop luggage at the location before agreed arrival time since we arrived a little bit earlier. Will stay again when in Sutton.
The service is very good. Staff in the hotel are very helpful. We booked a taxi for a children's test, but the booked taxi was delayed due to morning traffic. In order to catch our booked test. One person working in the hotel used his personal car to send us to the test center. That is really very helpful.
It's a nice new hotel with big comfy beds and decent walk-in shower. Convenient location for the area and Sutton station. Breakfast was quite standard buffet version of a full British but still nice (not sure I'd have it again for £11 though).
Overall, just your box-standard chain hotel.
It was a late booking as I had a meeting this morning in Sutton checked in late was met by very charming lady who showed me round offered me a cup of tea as it was late very quiet location facilities in room just what I needed very clean will definitely book again
Great looking pub with nice outdoor area. We didnt use the pub but seemed very popular. Hotel room had everything you needed, hairdryer, iron etc. And nice touch with the toiletries (body/hand lotion would have been appreciated too), nice bedding. Good size carpark.
Very close to Sutton station, super easy check in and the staff are great. Apartment has quite a big kitchen, which is really nice. Super comfortable and clean rooms, etc. Highly recommend if you've got business in Sutton for any reason.
Extremely friendly helpful staff
Arrived earlier than check in time due to plane times and staff helped by making a room available
Very good gym
Hotel location walking distance to town center and bus/train stops
This hotel is Just around the corner from the rail station but being on the outskirts of London, travelling by public transport was not cheap. There were lots of cafes and shops of all sorts close by.
Sutton Station was a 2 minute walk away from the building and from there it was super easy to get into London.
The rooms were uncluttered, well insulated, quiet and clean.
