The property is a walking distance to Sutton town centre and is 10 mins walk to Sutton Station and is close to the Royal Marsden Hospital. The bathroom in the bedroom is a shower only; there are two more bathrooms on the property that you can use if you need a toilet. The kitchen is accessible, and there is space in the refrigerator and cupboards.
The host does not live at the property however is available to assist with any enquiries and will ensure you enjoy your stay. We have a professional tenant, who is devoted to the property and will welcome you and give you a detailed tour of the facilities and bedroom.
The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area. Please note there is parking restrictions Monday to Saturday between 08:00 to 18:30. Pay and Display during the restricted hours. You can also pay to park with your phone. RingGo 16310 (Lewis Road). We may be able to provide you with a place in our front yard if you let us know as soon as possible if you need parking. This isn't something that can be guaranteed.
