The room was clean and of a decent size. The check-in process is straightforward enough, there is no reception so everything is done via door codes and key locks but it was ok. Just make sure you don't have a flat phone battery when you're trying come back in as you've got two door codes to remember!
The room includes teen coffee-making facilities full stop there is no on-site restaurant or cafe for breakfast but there are options nearby as well as a Lidl round the corner.

Lovely fish and chips! Good breakfast in terms of quality and choice. Underselling themselves a tad, as it’s a buffet breakfast(not advertised, unless I missed it, in description on booking.com
General ambience is relaxed, but professional and welcoming. A very good choice if access to Nottingham and surrounding areas is needed. Plenty of free or ‘included in room rate’ parking on site with no faffing about with inputting car details on a screen etc.
