Staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests for extra pillows and duvet and did room service for these. We were able to get water from the bar and ice. Breakfast was great with a good selection of cooked and cold choices.

No lift - given a 3rd floor room with a dog !! Noise from the room beside kept us awake from 12.09am until 04.30am !!! was advised a partial refund would be given...NEVER recieved....
