Warm welcome, all staff are friendly. Easy parking.. Rooms are spacious, both our rooms were recently decorated. Location is very handy for Bletchley Park, where we were visiting. The food on offer in the evening was tasty and reasonably priced. Lots of screens for sports downstairs in the bar and we made use of the pool table.
Is on a busy junction but the double glazing does drown out most of the noise.
There's a convenience store very close by for those like me who always forget items of toiletries!!

Stayed before, nice big room with bath this time, which I prefer. The girl on reception was very helpful as I had booked the 1st floor, but I prefer the 2nd. It was no problem for her to change that.

Everything was perfect!
Kettle, microwave and toaster included.
I did not expect breakfast in the fridge, which was an unexpected bonus, and the choice , bread, butter, milk, jam, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice etc. And tea, coffee and a variety of cereals!
How can you do that for the price?
Hosts were great.

Location good fairly central with access to the city. The host was lovely if not incredibly over cautious. Very weird hoops to jump through like retaining ID documents during the stay. I can understand their caution considering the said there was previous damage to the property from a guest. That's what insurance is for. The onus should not be placed upon new guests, with a 'guilty until proven innocent' approach.

Jane was an amazing host, always ready to answer my questions and very polite. The first thing I look at in an accommodation is the bathroom cleanliness. Spot on. The room was also in a very good state, no bothering noises and in a delightful neighborhood. 10/10
