Everything. The best B&B we have stayed in and better than a hotel! Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Perfect for where we wanted to visit in Kent. So peaceful, just the sounds of birds, sheep and the occasional cow. Lovely comfortable accommodation with a big bed and a modern shower room. The breakfast hamper was great and filled us up for our trip to Sissinghurst. We were looking for a little bit of relaxation and that’s exactly what we found. We have had contact with Marden for many years for visiting family, hence our stay. The village is nice with shops, pubs, takeaways, church, library, nice places to eat Tandoori is excellent . There is a railway station with trains to London, and other places in between. Bus service also not many a day but useable. Nearest main shops are Maidstone, Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells and not too far to get to the coast, or places to visit - castles, country parks etc
