I stayed here once before, a few year ago, so for the most part I knew what to expect. The rooms are self contained stable rooms located at the back of the main building away from the pub. The Bell does not offer breakfast (except by special arrangement when booking) however, they do a decent evening menu in the bar. The staff were all very friendly including the bar manager (who also checked me in upon arrival) and the waitress. The food is good quality and the venue seems to attract local residents from the village as well.

Easy access to Newmarket High Street, The Gallops and Tattersalls. Quiet, residential loctation. The kitchen was well stocked both with utensils, tea and coffee and condiments (salt and pepper, spices etc). The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries in case any had been forgotten. The presence of a dishwasher and washing machine was also very useful for a longer stay. A travel cot was provided for my one year old daughter.

Everything about the room was perfect, and the restaurant food is incredible. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly! My partner and I stayed in primrose and it was fabulous, and we booked 3 rooms for friends who also had no complaints at all!
