We had a fantastic overnight stay, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Jeanette on reception was really friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached ‘Rangos’ was excellent the evening meal
and breakfast were both outstanding. Only 5 minutes form Beamish. I would definitely book again

The friendliness of the staff and the location. Bedding was clean and room was tidy with plenty of room, bed was comfy and shower lovely and hot.

I thought the breakfast was very good (vegetarian) and it was all made/delivered very promptly. I was pleased that I wasn't expected to be too early for breakfast!!! I appreciated the flexibility of not having to give a firm arrival time (as I wasn't sure when booking). I also appreciated the central heating being on (even thought it was May .... ) as it had rained heavily and, outside, it felt damp. The offer of being given local recommendations to eat was also welcomed, even though I didn't need it. Fresh milk in the room was great.
