The breakfast was well prepared and cooked to perfection . The location was very central for exploring North Norfolk. The facilities were superb and the staff very helpful. Absolutely super stay at the Annex. Everything you could wish for. Everything was provided which you could possibly ever need. Lovely decor, super shower and very easy to use television. This is a lovely B&B gorgeous breakfast, great fried bread, and exceptional fruit that you could eat on its own or with cereal. Lovely location right in the country, and in the middle of things to visit or see, one does need a car to travel for evening meals etc. Very comfortable and restful.

The annex provided us with everything we needed including a large fridge for all our fresh food. It was ideal for catering for ourselves to save trying to find somewhere to eat with all the kitchen utensils, crockery and cooking facilities. Mary was very aware of providing gluten free food and the avoidance of cross contamination.
