My room had been recently refurbished. I was extremely happy with it for the class of hotel and price and with a good breakfast included. It was handy for the beach, Shanklin Old Town , good restaurants and buses. The staff were exceptional, not only friendly but helpful above and beyond expected, managing and helping me resolve problems not of their making. We loved the size of the room and the facilities in the room. The hotel also has a lovely indoor swimming pool and sauna. The location is also very convenient, just 15 minutes walk away from the train station, and 5-10 minutes from the Shanklin beach.
