It place had a great feel to it I like the two out door areas. The lady at reception was very helpful and her taste was the same as ours.

BedRoom was reasonable size and very clean. It was equipped with adequate facilities to make breakfast.
Bathroom facilities were clean with good hot water services but lacked any soap/body wash/ shampoo/conditioner.
Table and chairs were comfortable and adequate for two adults.
TV was easy to use with choice of reasonable channels.
Bed very comfortable with clean linen. It was King size for my long legs and was excellent. Storage was adequate.
Location walking distance to restaurants and shops very accessible excellent.

Although it sleeps 7, I wouldn't recommend for any more than 4 people as it only has one bathroom and one toilet (without basin) which turned out to be problematic.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple - small kitchenette with stove fridge & sink & it’s right across from the beach - we are at The Common - a short drive- you will need a car to get into Margaret River - there is a general store nearby

Overall a beautiful little studio to relax in. Very nice of the owners to leave a complimentary wine on arrival. Comfortable bed and very quiet and private unit. A tip if you need to eat out, book well in advance as there are limited seatings available at most restaurants at the moment during covid19

Prevelly is a great place just 5 minutes out from Margeret...
Prevelly is a great place just 5 minutes out from Margeret River. It was a perfect spot for beach walks, access to dog beach, see the surfers at surfers point and head down to the white elephant cafe. Everything in walking distance.

It was a great place to stay. It was close to wonderful beaches that were ideal for surfing. It is close to the Margaret River region, and all it has to offer. It was close to spectacular caves and it is not all that far from Perth. An excellent place to stay!
Definitely the location with dog beach across the street and paths to go for walks in the dunes. Lovely ocean sounds with open sliding door....

The house has everything you need and the location is great. Good check in/out communications. It’s right in front of the beach in Prevelly. It is a dog beach so if you’re not a dog person you’ll need to walk a bit. very close to great restaurants (White Elephant, The Common, Sea Garden).
Ocean View is a great holiday house very close to beach, park, cafe/restaurant and shop in Prevelly. We really enjoyed our stay (family of 4 including 2 almost grown up kids) and the surrounding area. Well stocked to self-cater and abundant linen, etc. Would definitely recommend.
Our second visit to beachside, we love this place. Fabulous location, fabulous view. Great comfy beds. Kids had a blast - we can’t wait to come back. Prevelly is such a fabulous spot for a family getaway, so much to do. Mountain biking trails in Margs are a must!
The studio is in an amazing location, nestled right behind the sand dunes of Prevelly beach. You can walk up and down the coastal path to Surfers Point and Gnarabup beach easily, and catch the beautiful WA sunsets.
Prevelly is a beautiful little seaside hamlet. We found the house a good size - both the bedrooms and living area. The location was perfectly central for C2C walks and Artist Open Studio exhibitions.
I loved the location- close enough to the beach to hear the waves, close enough to walk to the cafe for meals. The beds and couches were comfy & the space was clean. A very enjoyable stay!
