Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

Wow! I’m world explorer, honestly speaking it was so easy to get holder of the owner and he made us so easy for the key nobody will do that, at 2:30am who will wait for you and answer your call, but owner didn’t go to sleep till we reach to the destination.
He was so humble and well welcomed for the guess event he wasn’t precent at the property but his worries was diverted toward his guess.
Honestly he deserved more than 100.

Absolutely gorgeous accommodation. There are three bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas including barbecue facilities, a children's pool, an adult pool and a hot tub. The design of the chalet is very tasteful and carefully thought-out and is equipped with a sound system/smart TV. All the amenities we needed were provided and small touches like a thermos of coffee and chocolates upon arrival were appreciated. This is the most luxurious chalet in Salalah with a private pool. Highly recommended.

The villas are great and good for families and also for large groups. It is close to all the major attractions in Salalah and offers all the apartment equipments like washing machine, fridge and microwave. The staff were very helpful and accommodative in case if there was any issue in the Villa. Parking our car outside the villa helped so we could move all our things in quickly. There are also good restaurants close to the vicinity that we enjoyed.
Hawana is an amazing area, dreamy beaches, nice restaurants, water activities, also riding. these villas are so pretty. Short walk and you are on the beach, even in the night you can hear it from your bed❤️. Was clean and comfy. The garden view is amazing. We saw Turtles in this channel near the villa.
This is the second time for my family in this hotel. It has 1,2 and 3 bedroom small villas. They are clean and the location is central. Staff are nice and helpful. The place is secure and quiet. It’s recommended for families.
