Everything was clean and it’s better in live in comparison with pictures on Book. Pool is almost 2m deep, water was clean and treatened by chemicals against algae. Courtyard is clean and safe. neighborhood is quiet. Place is cozy and everything that we need for calm vaccation was there. Nearest beach is approx. 15 mins. from the house by car. Also, on the main road in Zelenika, we found Idea market, grill and bakery. Nice place to stay and spend vaccation. Host are very poliate and kind.

Milan (host) is very nice and friendly and will make you feel like at home :) The apartment is really something like a half of a house - it is really big and you will find there anything you need. At the ground floor there is very well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and coffee, teas, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, space to eat etc. You will find also everything you need to cook a dinner. There were even some drinks and fruits waiting for us :) At the 1st floor you will find, again, very well equipped bathroom with towels, washing machine, shower, hair dryer, cosmetics. Then you have bedroom with comfortable bed and wardrobe. Also you have living room with TV and comfortable corner sofa. There is also a big balcony with chairs and table where you can admire beautiful views :) Also at the ground floor you will find huge garden/terrace space with chairs, tables and sundbeds with beautiful views at Kotor bay. It is better than you can imagine - a perfect place to eat breakfast and chill with a beer or drink. It is very important to mention that there is no one else than you. You will have full privacy there. Maybe a neighbor's cat will come to visit you, but that's it! No one will be entering your space, everything is just for you. We had a car and there are two parking spots - one is near the apartment, but it was occupied by the neighbor. So we parked 3 minutes away, but it is not really a problem. Milan will show you the parking space and help you out with your baggage and parking spot is free. All you need to do is to go up like for 50m to the apartment, that's it. This is my longest opinion that I've ever written, but Milan and his apartment deserve it. It was the best and nicest host I've ever met. If I ever come back to Kotor bay - then only to Milan. Thank you for extra breakfast, cake and a souvenir. Simply for everything. Milan, you are the best! :)

Wonderful view, hosts were very nice, friendly, we felt like at home, authentic house interior, mountain surrounding brings you into the magic and mysterious atmosphere. You can found everything you need for comfortable stay starting from dining stuff, bathroom cosmetics and etc. along with filling of wild nature. We got a wonderful gift before leaving Montenegro to inhale its true breath and to hear its true heartbeat. We are thankful for Zhaki and his family for hosting us and we would definitely stay here again when come back if occur in Montenegro.

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. excellent location, clean and beautiful house, what wasn’t ok for us was that we had to pay in cash even though it was specified that the amount would be collected from the card, we had to change the money at the ATM with a large commission.

The property is soundproof and is situated 700 metres from Bocasa Beach. This is the perfect location if you want to explore the Bay of Kotor but you would like to stay away from traffic jams, crowd and noise. You will get an entire house with two stairs, where you can find nearly everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host is friendly and the communication in English is easy with him. The house is exactly what you can see on the pictures: all the furnitures and equipments are from the "upper shelf". The AC devices work well, the kitchen is large enough for an average family. All the rooms are clean and well-equipped, WIFI signal is strong enough on both stairs. Although it is located right on the side of the main road, the noise is minimal inside - thanks to the high quality windows and door. And unofficial and small beach is about 50 meters from the entrance and covered with medium sized gravel. The sea deepens quickly here, so pay attention to the kids. An official beach is about a few hundred meters away from here, it is more family-friendly. Free parking is available at the territory of the neighbour property, the host will show its exact location. The ferry port is located within a few minutes of walking, for pedestrians it is free, so you can go to the other side of the sea within a 10 minutes and have a good lunch or dinner. Small grocery (Idea) and bakery are located within a few minutes (nearly in front of the ferry port), however their offer is not as good as expected. Taking into consideration the price, this accommodation is a real bargain: in 2023 it was hard to find such a great place with great interior for this amount of money, so were are already thinking about to spend our holiday here again in 2024.
