Just a quick 15-minute stroll downhill. If you're all about chilling in a peaceful spot, this the place. Oh, and some friendly horses might drop by to say hi!

Newly build houses close to the Ceravici restaurant. It is on the farm so we had the farm tour too, which was fun. The house is big enough for a family, well equipped, beautiful woodwork inside. The location is not in Budva, but this is why we liked it. It was quiet and you could leave behind the crowd even in the peak season. The swimming pool is well maintained enough big for swimming, you need nothing else for a vacation with kids. Please note my review is about the accommodation, the restaurant is ok as well but accommodation is outstanding. This was the best accommodation in Montenegro so far. We travel a lot around the country, but everything came together here. The location is perfect for travelers with a car – away from the crowds, yet close to the city center. There's a 30-minute scenic walk from this house to the beach. The modern house is surrounded by ancient olive trees, some of which are 800–2000 years old. The house is equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils for cooking to shower essentials like shower gel and shampoo. The host of the house is very friendly, polite, and sociable. Always ready to help with any questions that may arise.

All necessary accessories are available in the house, the rooms are clean and cozy. The big advantage of this place is a very nice owner, helpful in many situations. We will definitely return to Olive Hills again.
