Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming but Nana at the reception is truly the star player here! She was very attentive and helpful, even going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The snorkelling tour she arranged was also a highlight of our trip.
Our villa met all our expectations and looked exactly as pictured, with beautiful architecture and design that we thoroughly enjoyed. We loved the privacy and style it offered. Decent selection of breakfast provided every morning and the massage at the spa was also a fantastic experience.

The whole villa was beautiful. Very clean, very spacious. Kitchen equipped enough for our needs. Outside space was wonderful. Pool was absolutely amazing! Host and staff were so lovely and helpful. We had breakfast each day and requested a bbq one evening which was delicious! We would love to stay again next time we are on Lombok.

Breakfast was excellent. The coffee was great (important when you are from Melbourne!), and fresh fruit was delicious.
Our host Yudi was a great help in suggesting places to go and organising drivers, and taxis. He himself took us on our last night to see the sun set over the sea. The property itself contained four villas set amongst a tropical paradise. Beautfiul deep swimming pool.

The breakfast every morning was really something. there would be different local fruits every morning alongside everything else you can think of. The food at breakfast could last us for the whole day. The host would come and sit with us every morning (we asked her to) and we would have a chat about the different places we should see while we're there. She could also organise tour operators for a cheaper than usual price. She met us at the property on arrival to go through the property with us. Also came to see us off when we left.

I had an amazing experience staying at the villa during my vacation. The accommodations were top-notch, with spacious rooms and beautiful decor. The amenities were fantastic, from the private pool to the well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. Beautiful hidden gem in Lombok, beautiful tranquil villas with an ocean view and private beachfront, spacious bedroom & we love the green scenery surround with many Coconuts tree! Breakfast is delicious with many of choices!
Everything …. the friendliness and service from the staff was simply outstanding. We visited several other resorts here in Lombok during our 5 night stay for a mix of drinks and dinner with all being excellent however Quinci Villas had the edge as the place to stay. Day Spa was excellent and good value. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and special. We had room 50 Ocean View overlooking the main pool and restaurants- perfect spot for us during this low season. Many other more private villas tho.

Qunci Villas exceeded all our expectations! The luxurious yet cosy accommodation with the three pools with perfect Sunset views and the impeccable service from the whole staff of Qunci was more than perfect.
Our days at Qunci went by way to fast so we think we need to go back for another visit.

The resort is amazing. We stayed in a room with private pool and it gave us lots of privacy and a place to relax. The main pools (3 of them) are also quiet and offer a beautiful ocean view. The restaurants offer great food with even better service. All the staff are amazing. They seem to really enjoy their job and are always smiling and happy.
Qunci villas also offers some great excursions for a fair price.

Beautiful villas, great atmosphere and incredible staff. We had the best time at Jeeva Santai Villas and can’t recommend enough. Our room with private pool (Seki) was amazing. The food in the restaurant is very good and the service is great as well. We hope to make it back here one day!
The villa is beautiful and luxurious for an affordable price. There is a great selection of Indonesian and international food in the restaurant with an amazing beachfront view and a happy hour for cocktails. The staff are very friendly, attentive, they help you with everything (organising trips, booking spa, laundry, taxi…) and they know the names of their guests. I highly recommend these villas and I would definitely come back.
