A wonderful location, in a green environment, close to the beach - almost like a private one, with a great swimming pool with salty water! The house is set up for multiple guests, with a lot of facilities, including toys and swimming pool equipment. Worth to mention the barbeque place AMAZING!!! We cooked there almost every day. The host was wonderful: good communication before and during our holiday, being all the time supportive with whatever we have asked for. It was great when we arrived to find cold water, juices, fresh fruits and snacks prepared for us, coming as a saviour after the long trip. The house is not far away from the village, so easy to but the groceries; we found good meat and fish providers, which was great. I am looking forward to come back!! Thank you Isidora (the host) for your great support and for making us feel like home in your home!!!!

We had a great time at Villa Calypso.
We stayed for two weeks. The villa is beautiful and well decorated. Hygiene was perfect and the villa was cleaned weekly. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a beautiful garden, BBQ-facilities, tabel tennis and etc.
The view from balcony is incredible overlooking the bay and fantastic sunset end of the day.
Kostas and Sofia are great hosts and always ready to help and advise on roadtrips, restaurants.
Nerotrivia is 10 minutes by car for basic super market, Politika just 30 minutes with super markets, bakery and etc. Dafni has a beautiful beach. Chalkis is 45 minutes with beautiful promenade, restaurants, shops and very kind pepole. And off curse Athene is just 1h25 minutes.
If you look for serenity, silence, nature and breathing views Villa Calypso and Evia are the place to be.

The place is excellent, more beautiful than the pictures, big, very clean!!! View towards the sea, huge expanses of grass, we had a great time as a family with 4 children, the hosts are very kind!!! Amazing place! We had amazing 10 days at the villa :) the private beach is so beautiful, and the view is probably the best we have ever had in rented house! The host is so nice and helpful. There is an amazing restaurant in the next village where "mommy" is cooking and we were eating there almost everyday. Perfect location if you need to rest and you are looking for peace.
Villa is fabulous!! The view, the pool, the location - everything is great!! Plus, the owner is so friendly and made our experiance even better. We highly recommend this place!!
spacious over 3 floors. lovely pool and fantastic views. we loved it because it was quite which may not suit everyone. a private beach which is accessed by a very steep path and steps. the beach is pebbles and water shoes are required. There is a small shop in the next village, part of a taverna, but was closed when we were there in October. The nearest grocery shopping is in Chalkis, 25 minutes by car.
The villa feels like you are in someone's home and the host Andreas is lovely.
Very comfortable and roomy apartment covering the whole ground floor of the house. Large patio and garden accessed straight from the apartment, very secure for children to explore. Unlock the gate and the sea is there! The owner, Tania, is very welcoming and helpful. Very peaceful village to relax and enjoy the scenery!
