Location ideal for the LLyn Peninsula and for the Porthmadog & Caernarfon area. Village very quiet so sleeping with the window open not an issue. Cottage well appointed. Nearby parking was never an issue.
Lovely and well equipped cottage in a small and quiet village. Close to everything you need like such as a small supermarket, quiet beaches and dark skies for stargazing. Brian was super friendly, waited for us at the crossroads so we didn't get lost and gave us great insider tips.
Parking can get a little tricky but with a small car there is always space.
This cottage has a lovely peaceful atmosphere, it felt like home. There wasn't a sound during the nights, on a summer weekend in the centre of the village! All clean and comfortable especially the beds.
Was overwhelmed at the location and style of the property. Set in such an idyllic village with beautiful scenery. Inside was to the highest standard with added little comforts and cannot wait to book again in the future.
The area around Trefor is beautiful with lovely places to walk. The village itself is very quiet. The house is very comfortable with lots of personal touches. After staying in hotels for a week it was so good to be able to make our own meals, catch up on the washing, and just relax in a home.
The hosts were increadibly friendly, helpful and flexible, with excellent communication. Lovely people. The village is friendly and not at all touristy, yet within a stones throw of amazing beaches, mountains and the attractions of North Wales. Great location.
Sweet old quarry worker's cottage, nicely modernised with all you need. Cosy woodburning stove, comfortable sleeping in two ensuite bedrooms. Very clean and tidy. Easy to access the coast path and there is quarry history at every turn in the village.
All the communication with Brian and Jane was very helpful and very friendly. The cottage was warm, cosy and comfortable. The village was interesting and everyone we passed was friendly. Our walks to the beach in moonlight and starlight were lovely. We enjoyed nearby Pwllheli and Abersoch and their coastal paths. We hope to return.
