This is a lovely chapel conversion just five miles outside the idyllic seaside town of Aberdovey. It is surrounded by glorious Welsh countryside (there is a road to the front but it is not too busy). The house is very clean, characterful (but modern) and well equipped, with a cute little log burner (one basket of logs helpfully supplied - you can pay £8 for extra if you need them). Lovely bathroom with rainfall shower and quality kitchen; everything seemed newly installed and better quality than you might expect. If you have not been to the area, this is a great base to explore this underrated and largely unspoiled part of Wales.
