The house is quite comfortable, with three large rooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen, suitable for accommodating even large families, including those with babies. There is a baby cot and a high chair for feeding infants. Though we didn't use the TV units, each room had one, which may be convenient for TV enthusiasts. Everything was clean and relatively new. The heating system functions properly. Additionally, both the bathroom and the town were beautiful.

We had a lovely 8 night stay in the exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet apartment located in the Gournay-sur-Marne commune, suburb of Paris. It was a short walk to the pretty Marne River, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. There is a bike path along the river and throughout the Parc Departemental de la Haute Ile. Bicycles/helmets were provided for us. The kitchen is well-stocked and modern, there is a generous hot shower as well as super TV/netflix, balconies and comfy beds. The parking is right infront of the house through an electronic gate. To get into Paris center using public transport we bought a magnetic Navigo Decouvertes pass for one week, including all means of transport (30Euro per person at Chelles RER Station). From the church in Gournay-sur-Marne we took bus 213 near the apartment either way to RER Chelles or Noisy-Champs Station and the train directly into Paris center. Without leaving the region, the Chateau de Champs-sur-Marne is definitely worth a visit. The owners were always in contact with us to make sure our stay was pleasant and that any questions were promptly answered. We would be delighted to return!
