The BF quality and varity is good compare the the room rate. The hotel location is excellent it in walkable distance to major attaction but far from chaos of night market and weekend market, near Bun cha Dac Lim the famous Bun cha restuarnt and convenion store. The hotel is in the small alley but not in the weekend market road block area so the tour and taxi can pick you up with short distance.
