Reception was friendly and could speak fluent English. Shared space like bathroom, toilet & kitchen were very clean. Air conditioning was great!

Very nice place if you just want to be surrounded by nature and quietness.

He was very kind to us. He explained to us many interesting things and gave us a ride in his car on the day we left. He showed us some pretty good spots to take a picture with the Sakura trees and Mount Fuji. The whole stay there was one not to forget. Absolutely recommend staying there!

We were only 2 so the room was big, very clean and we could even see Mount Fuji from our balcony. Not far from the station by foot. Would totally come back here the next time as the price were reasonable compared to other choices.

Offering traditional rooms with views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Komaya Ryokan has a hot public bath and can serve home-cooked Japanese meals for breakfast and dinner. It is a 10-minute drive to Fujikyu Highland Amusement Park. Amazing place with amazing views. Staff were so accommodating and understanding when we travelled with my toddler and grandma. Breakfast was so well prepared and tasty. Would love to visit again. Oh and the private onsen which you can book is absolutely amazing.
