When I had left the room, it was nice to return in the evening to a clean room and made-bed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were numerous comfortable pillows. Breakfast was delicious. The jacuzzi was beautiful and warm. The cold beverage machine was very needed. The hotel was close to town and the beach. I would definitely come back!

The staff was so kind! They helped us even when our taxi ran late. And, in the morning, they helped us call taxis (apparently there are only three in frigiliana). The rooms were so clean and had great views! The breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent.

All rooms at the Helios are bright and feature typical Mediterranean décor. They all come with air conditioning and a private bathroom, and most have a private balcony. Holiday hotel on the sea promenade, directly in front of the sea and beach with beautiful sea view. Service in the restaurant one of the best I ever experince - chef de rang (head waiter) Antonio was excellent and all the staff conducted by him provide super service. Excellent food - buffet dinner and breakfast with big variety and especially dinner different every day. Heated swimming pool with warm salted water compensate impossibility to swim in the sea during pre-season period.

Hotel Puerta del Mar is located in a quiet pedestrianised street next to the famous Balcón de Europa in Nerja, and just 100 metres from the beach. It has a rooftop saltwater pool and offers free WiFi throughout. A lovely hotel in the heart of all the restaurants and bars. Staff were super helpful even gave us the location of free parking just a 10 minute walk away. Really recommend the hotel. Plus the breakfast was included which was an added bonus.
