It happened that I had a peak of my blood pressure, and she didn’t leave my side since the beginning. The hotel borrowed me all the time I needed the blood pressure Measurer. One of their staff offered to go buy me some medicine that my doctor prescribed me, and another staff member went out in a heavy rain to buy me some healthy food. These staff are blessed and Ibis should give them a prize! 🏆🥇They really took care of me when I was in a very difficult moment. I was monitoring my blood pressure together with my doctor. There was no need to go to a hospital after the prescriptions and care. They didn’t let me leave their side until I was completely recovered. 100 to Ibis Manaus team!

The rooms provide a TV, desk and minibar. The private bathroom has a hot shower. They overcharged me for my stay. Room was small and only one tiny sheet. They charged me for garbage coffee. If your coffee is low quality, charge less. Why do you charge café prices for that trash?! Location is the worst. Near nothing. Check-in process took too long. The worst Ibis I've ever stayed at.
