Tremendous location - just opposite the JR station, and very close as well to car rental company. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although no staff at the place, the check-in was very smooth, and digital contact with the owners was rapid and efficient. The price is excellent as well.

The staff was really friendly en helped out when we had some troubles making an online reservation for a ferry. The location was also super convenient, close to the station yet in a cute and silent alley with some cafés and shops. We also liked the free breakfast, which was simple but nice to start your day with!

The hotel is right next to the station so is very easily accessible. It is also very easy to get a bus down to Nara park and the other big sights. Great location.
