Good location - beautiful pond right next to the hotel (during our stay we saw a family of deers there everyday). There are also some shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent location on quiet back street between train station and Nara Park. Easy walking to everything. Staff (via online) were extremely helpful when we asked to stay a third night. Rooms are larger than a hotel and super well laid out and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
