I really liked the hotel, the room is spacious, the amenities are great, the location is good since it's very close to a train station, the friendly staff and the healthy breakfast options. It is also close to a konbini, a big grocery store with a lot of cheap options. Overall, the hotel is true to its name, it is Grand!

Perfect location for a late arrival at Narita. And with the reopening of Japan to foreigners, the current immigration processing system is taking over 3 hours. To only have to travel 15 mins (2 stops) on the train & find the hotel across a large carpark was very convenient. Also the check-in system was all done through a machine, including creating the keycard.
It's location is great. The train station is just 3 minutes walk to the hotel.Moreover, if it's a rainy day the walk path is roofed.
Garden full of cherry blossom, malls and supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk. You can get all you want. Will come back to stay again.
Nice quiet location near the train station. There's a large Aeon Mall with a movie theater for all your shopping and entertainment needs. Not much of a night life around there though.
