The bed was very comfortable, and the AC actually gets cold and circulates around the room well. I was fortunate enough to have a view of the mountains from my room as well. The hotel is right next to one of the street car stops, minutes walk from the fortress, and there are many cafes/bars/resturants in the immediate vicinity. The staff was friendly and there is a Family Mart attached to the hotel.

Very affordable room with very helpful staff. We booked the hotel for a one night stay in Hakodate as we wanted to visit the morning market. We took the opportunity to do laundry which only cost €2 for a wash & dry. Reception will call you when the load is finished & offered to fold our last load as we were going out.

The accommodation is super convenient, right next to Hakodate Station and very close to the Hakodate Morning Market. Overall, the location is extremely convenient. Perhaps because it is in the city center, the room is not very spacious. It is difficult to have enough space for our four pieces of luggage.

Location. Fast check in and the upstairs lounge was lovely. Free coffee and tea and good priced drinks with a great view. The onsen was a delight and the outside infinity pool was a terrific experience.

This is my second stay at this property, but the last time I stayed in a higher grade room. Location is good and bed is good. Had a nice night view of a cruiseship and ocean. I like the shower and the shampoo and soap on offer. Pretty new-ish hotel with many amenities (laundry machine, microwave in room, etc) that I was able to book at a good price.
Awesome budget hotel right next to JR Hakodate station. Spacious room and bathroom. Comes with access to an onsen as well in the building! Close walking distance to the Morning Markets and close to the tram station to take you futher.
