Breakfast was good. May be if the hotel can add few more items in its list like fruit juice, etc. The support of Mr JV, the owner, and his staff was excellent. I would recommend others to go for this property. He arranged rented vehicle which was driven by Karma. This guy was very co-operative and nice. No issues at all!

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Call a taxi, book a day trip, help carrying the bags - even without asking, offer some serious help in medical emergencies etc. Every demand - they were on it and made it happen ASAP. That being said, we visited Leh to the end of the season where occupation of the hotel was low. The hotelier speaks English fluently and with little accent. Therefore communication is simply great and uncomplicated. Even after the stay the owner helped us with some issues in our next destination. The room is plenty big, has a heating and hot water in November, which we heard is not to take for granted. There is a balcony and a roof top for sitting outside. Breakfast was decent. In conclusion, we sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

He was so kind and helpful, offering excellent recommendations and going out of her way to arrange transportation for me whenever I needed it. The staff at Hotel Ladakh Green was also amazing. Friendly and courteous, they took the time to get to know me and ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was providing me with extra blankets on a cold night, or offering expert advice on the best local attractions to visit, they were truly super stars. And let's not forget the food! The hotel's restaurant serves up some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted. From traditional Ladakhi dishes to international cuisine, everything was prepared with care and attention to detail, and the results were always divine. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ladakh Green to anyone looking for an unforgettable hotel experience in Leh. I booked this place because my other private room at a hostel was not as advertised. Man, am I glad that happened. Spent two nights here with my wife during our acclimatization. Excellent value and will recommend to all my friends. The staff was fantastic. Stanzin and his team are so special. I mentioned we were going to get our inner line permit, and he just said, "I'll go do it for you," with no prompting at all. A huge weight off of our shoulders to enjoy Leh when we landed. Then we chatted about his culture, and he was so eager to share. I can't say enough about him or his staff. Good ole Ladakhi hospitality. I don't know who was doing the cooking, but the breakfast was great, and the one night we had dinner there really hit the spot. Food was fabulous. The location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the market, great views, and a great garden. Special shout out to Zi the dog. Hot water, and I'm not sure if there's heating, but the rooms got really hot, and you'll need to open the windows at night. The insulation is pretty powerful stuff. Don't worry at all about the heating aspect.
