The team, especially Anu Pama and Arnab made us really comfortable and guided us throughout our stay in Ladakh, the team (RockyFeet) also took the responsibility to book rooms for our stay in Nubra and Pangong.
The rooms were clean, smallest things like Hot water supply, lukewarm drinking water, Pulse oximeters to check Oxygen levels, breakfast, laundry and any other support required were taken care of.
I would love to book and stay in Snow Lion again if given an opportunity.

Breakfast was good. May be if the hotel can add few more items in its list like fruit juice, etc.
The support of Mr JV, the owner, and his staff was excellent. I would recommend others to go for this property. He arranged rented vehicle which was driven by Karma. This guy was very co-operative and nice. No issues at all!

5 days in Leh with my spouse was pure magic! We explored ancient monasteries, gasped at turquoise Pangong Tso, and hand-in-hand, braved the high altitudes. Leh's beauty brought us closer, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Leh is cold throughout the year.
Leh is cold throughout the year. That is the basic point we to remember. And at a altitude with its associated problems. Otherwise it is great holiday spot. So much to see.
A definite must to visit many times.

Most visitors to Leh prefer to stay longer to tour the valleys nearby. We went during the off-season and the main reason was to get away from the Delhi chaos over a weekend. So Leh served its purpose for us. The main market area has good cafes, restaurants and shops. Shanti Stupa is also present in Leh. Good vibes nothing less. Leh has a large Indian Army presence so we felt very safe and secure :)

Scenic views all around with the most amazing people!
Scenic views all around with the most amazing people! Momos were my favourite local dish that you can find at most restaurants. Love that Leh is more pedestrian friendly and quiet compared to the rest of India. Perfect destination for relaxation.

Its always in the bucket list of most Indians. Has the highest motorable roads, its a paradise for adventure seekers, highest saltwater lake, cold desert, treacherous roads, borders mof two neighbouring countries. Its a must visit place.

I was expecting a little more of the city.
I was expecting a little more of the city. The market is nice, I had some fine food, but the streets and sidewalks are too disorganized, there are signs "don't walk alone in the dark because of the stray dogs" (?!?!?), it's pretty smoggy and conservation in general is lacking. Came by bicycle through the Manali-Leh road, which was amazing, but the city itself wasn't a highlight of the trip.
Compared with most of the small mountain guest houses in Ladakh it gives you the feeling of comfort. The hotel has big, clean rooms with comfortable beds, nice new furniture and modern style bathroom with hot water shower. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. I appreciated also the heater at night. One of the best thing, which is important for me, was the communication with the manager before my arrival. He replied very quickly to all my answers and helped me to arrange all the things needed for my trip.
Anu and Arnab are awesome hosts, they helped us with all information, services and bookings we needed to make our family trip to Ladakh comfortable.
They are a 1 stop shop for all needs in Ladakh.
As I was traveling with two small kids, the information they shared about Leh and Ladakh was very helpful and kept my family happy and healthy..
Throughout our stay we were constantly asked if we were doing well and if we needed any help.
They are constantly trying to uplift the snow lion hotel and I wish them all the best for their journey.
The amazing views from the terrace while having breakfast, exceptionally big and clean washrooms, happening lobby space with games and amphitheatre, and quiet office space.
Yuvraj, with an amazing playlist and cheerful attitude keeps the energy high in the lobby.
The staff treated us like family. Yogesh, a well informed and budding standup comedian gave us a mind blowing tour of the nearby areas. Being an explorer himself, he is well informed of all the places to visit around Leh.
Overall, a memorable experience for life ✌️
This is our first trip to Leh, we were worried about the high altitude sickness. The welcome staff at Dolkhar resort made us feel right at home. They looked after us so well, we came back from our road trip to stay 01 more night before our flight out. During 3 days stay, we tried 90% of their menu and all dishes are exceptional. The dining sets in a beautiful garden of apple and poplar trees. We highly recommend!
Dolma, Tashi, Dolker, Angmo and everyone in the family are so wonderful! It's a blessing to get to know Dolma's amazing family. I felt completely at home, warm, comfortable and well taken care of during my few days there. I am grateful for this opportunity to stay with an extremely kind and friendly Ladakhi family and experience first-hand authentic local culture. Thank you so much.
The owners are AMAZING and very hospitable. My stay in Ladakh was a lot better than planned only because of them. They not only were amazing hosts but also were kind enough to help us out with tips and suggestions to different places. The stories from them about the past and their culture opened a whole new view of Ladakh. Must stay. The view from the terrace is amazing.
It was so beautifully situated on the Indus River. All the staff - especially Jigmet - were so welcoming and bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Jigmet even took us on a walk to a camel sanctuary, pointing out particular aspects of the landscape and Ladakhi architecture. The food is delicious and you are served so much of it.
like homemade bf.just 8 mints drive from airport.10 mint walking distance from main market.owner operates this home stay.very helpful owner.best value for money. rooms are very big.wifi speed was fast.only 100 mtr distance from road.u can c stock kangri peak from the hotel.highst peak in leh.hot water available for 24hrs.
It's a very warm, welcoming, and serene place right in the heart of the city. We traveled in our own car and Mr Dorjey was extremely helpful and guided us very well about our journey across ladakh. Service is also very quick. Another plus point is the food... Everything is good here.. overal a very comfortable stay.
The best part was the Hospitality of the Manager Urgan. He is such a nice guy who takes care of all the basic needs and keeps checking for any more. The property is very good and very close to the most of the tourist attractions of Leh. Very neat and clean rooms and with Superb view.
The best descision I have made in my trip to leh after searching alot of stays. Gostops is one of its kind place. Dorms are very comfortable and well maintained. You get to meet lot of people and cafeteria place is vibrant to spend your time with cup of tea and snacks.
The property is at a peaceful area in the city.
Skara market is 5 mins walk and mall road is 10mins walk from the property.
Hosted by ladakhi family and one of best stays in leh if you want a homely atmosphere and simple good food.
Clean and well maintained.
I would reccommend Laksdup to everyone (Bachelors and family) who is visiting Ladakh. The owner is extremely friendly and the food is also amazing. The rooms are very clean and is ideally located such that it's barely a 15 mins walk to Leh Mall road.
Lynx is best in everything location Walking distance from Leh airport KBR. 1.5km. first' days and last days of stay in Lynx is best easy to go market. Mr Stanzin help you in everything. He arranged bike for us and bike was in every good condition...
The feeling in being Ladakh, this property located beside a small farm field(like a kitchen garden). you can see the Snowy mountains in each direction. there was pin drop silence. That silence was such deep that you can hear your own heart beat.
The location and size of the room were fantastic. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise too—it was one of the best meals we had in Ladakh, if not the best. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay.
Everything was perfect ! Rikzin is an amazing person being ! The kind of host everyone is dreaming about and he gave me a great idea of what Ladakhis people are… So helpful and with a lot of attention !
If it's True Dr Ladakh is famous for mountains,
Then it's is also true that People are also famous for their hospitality n service.
Best place to stay and very lovely people....😘💓💓💓💓💓
