The location, although not right in the city centre, was ideal for us as it was quieter than being in the city centre and it was very handy to get to via the tram, which has an excellent service. The hotel has a proper bar and restaurant which, although we didn't use it, gives it the look and feel of a "proper" hotel - whereas many budget hotels we've stayed in simply have a small reception area. Overall we thought it was really good value and we'd definitely stay there again.

Great location with bus stop right across the road. Cost £2.00 each to get to city centre. Hotel is joined on to the most stylish restaurant and bar with outdoor seating. Staff couldn’t have done more for you and there is options for everyone. Free tea, coffee and cold water all day everyday which was a nice touch and fridge in the room to keep complimentary water cold. For a budget hotel they have thought of absolutely everything. Would definitely stay again.

My 4th stay, great location and facilities. room is very clean. great value for money. I have stayed at diff budget hotels in Manchester City and found this is the best, given the price range and the distance so close to city centre. Staff were very helpful especially the new receptionist from Hong Kong (forgot to ask her name but she was at night shift on 11-12th) , she is so nice and attentive.

Great location if you want to go to Old Trafford (about 15min walk) and the metro (3min walk) so it is easily accessible from Manchester City Centre/Train station (20min) Budget hotel so rooms are small with no kettles within the room. They've got a decent selection of drinks at reception with the option to order pizza(very handy after watching a game-all to be paid extra ) Friendly staff and decent continental breakfast.
