The room was lovely and the staff were execeptional. It was noisy in the room but there is a bar downstairs so that was to be expected. The bar itself was fantastic and all the customers really welcoming and friendly. We had a really brilliant night out there and then a lovely stay in the room after.

Location - proximity to Birmingham airport. The hotel is located to very close to Birmingham airport. In fact I could walk to the airport if I did not have the luggage with me. The staff was very helpful and polite. I enjoyed my conversation with them. The room was cleaned. The ironing board and iron were not in the room but they are provided separately.
