Everything, staff were brilliant and had enough English to help me with directions, call a cab etc. Room was large and spotless, Breakfast was great especially as a westerner. Value for money fantastic. If I were coming back to Shanghai I wouldn't consume anywhere else.

The cleaner cleans the bed every day. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Before coming, he may be a little worried about the bad aspects, but this does not happen at all after coming. I was very happy to spend a good time here. Thanks to Manager Xu at the front desk for sending me coffee.

Apartment was basic but comfortable and it was very helpful to have a washing machine. Host was helpful and offered regular cleanings. The location is great, only ~25 min walking to Lujiazui and right beside the east Bund walking paths. Easy access to two different metro lines and to the ferry.
