Superb apartment! The living room was huge, the room was very clean, the night view was beautiful, and it was a great stay! The landlord was very nice and thorough. It was very easy to communicate with Eunice and her response is very fast. Instruction on how to access the building and Unit was given ahead of time with very clear instruction. The security guard at the building helped us too. Location is superb within walking distance to Cheng Huang Miao; Opposite the property building there is a small mall with lost of choices for food and drinks (Hai Di Lao, Dairy Queen, Starbucks, Yang's Dumpling, etc etc). There is also a small supermarket at basement. We enjoyed staying here.

Opposite we have a small shopping mall, it offers coffee, food and grocery. We had some issues with the apartment we booked, and was upgraded to a bigger apartment on our 5th night. The new apartment was newly renovated so everything is good. Hosts were professional and communication was great.

The apartment is located in a residential area and I loved that I was staying among locals, no tourists there. It gave me the chance to witness the locals everyday life and that is extra point for me! The mattress is quite firm, and I'm usually not used to that, but I slept like a baby every night. Lily was so kind and communication with her was perfect since the very beginning, she gave me a lot of tips and suggestions and I felt really looked after. I highly recommend this solution for your trip to Shanghai, I would definitely book again if going back to Shanghai. Just be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, but I knew that beforehand and for me it was not at issue.

Amazing hosts, really sweet couple that helped us in every way, met us at the taxi from the airport and took us to the location directly even though we arrived very late in the evening! Location is slightly far out of the centre but we didn’t mind because it was nice and quiet and very easy to walk to the metro station. Really fab view from the balconette area. Super clean facilities and host was more than happy to help with anything through contacting on WeChat. Also booked us a taxi to the airport on the day of departure which saved us a lot of hassle and money! Would recommend so much !!!
