The customer service was exceptional. The receptionist really went out of her way to help us with directions for the next day and ensured we had towels and items for use of the onsen. She was really wonderful, all the staff were amazing to deal with. Very friendly and spoke English well!
The neighboring onsen was delightful after a long day of travelling. It overlooks the ocean and has a steam room along with warm pools. And completely free! Great facilities. Pristine!
The room was bigger than we expected which is a great surprise. It also came with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It was perfect for a night and I found the room very clean and comfortable. The double bed was also quite cosy.

Nice location, helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner
There are four onsens which are out of my expectations. Each one is unique which provides me different experience The onsen water is a little bit hot, but comfortable. Buffet is great, fresh food veggies and fish from local farms and matket. Tastes yummy. Must try the multi-vegetables smoothie served in the breakfast buffet.
Lots of space and lovely and clean.
Traditional Japanese style breakfast. Fewer nice restaurant nearby the hotel, close early before 6pm.
No breakfast in the hotel
Built using shipping containers yet it was very spacious, you wouldn't know you were in a shipping container. Very modern and clean. The jacuzzi was amazing. Really nice outdoor area. Very good cooking facilities. Would be a really good place to stay with a group of friends or family. Made good use of the projector in the bedroom. Watched movies all night after our relaxing Jacuzzi.
The whole experience was a delight. The view out of over the inland sea from our room and the balcony, the way breakfast was served in our room in little baskets, the pool and sauna and above all, the calm ambience of the place were great. I have stayed in much grander hotels but have never enjoyed a hotel experience more.
