A full range of beauty treatments are available, and there is a Health Club with a choice of exercise classes. Convenient location. Clean. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for me and my family. Ella was great on the check in reception and also Dan the bar manager made sure everything was taken care of when we went for drinks in the evening.

The property is non-smoking and is located 23 km from Chester Racecourse. Everything. Attention to detail was impeccable. Loved the look and feel of the place.

Great refurbished hotel, the pool was amazing, the rooms are great and the breakfast was VERY good!

Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Food at breakfast, and at evening meal was excellent

It was so relaxing, very spacious,, great quality breakfast pack, lovely Hot tub, friendly and helpful staff. Good items in their shop, close to lots of attractions or just a beautiful stroll along the canal or bridle path nearby. Definitely will visit again!

Really impressed with this hotel. Perfect size .. not overly large, so attention is personal. Breakfast was very tasty. Spa is fantastic … lovely pool, steam room, sauna & whirlpool, and great massages available. Staff were all super-helpful and cheerful. Setting is lovely put in the countryside but close enough to Chester for sightseeing and restaurants. Bathroom was huge. Just a lovely cozy and well-run hotel in a quiet green area. Already booked again!

Location is good, 5 minute walk to the centre and all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and was really nice, continental and also cooked breakfast available. Use of the spa is included however this is just a pool and a very tiny steam room and sauna - still nice to relax tho.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, the hotel is kept very clean and staff are very friendly. Very relaxing tranquil environment. Lots to do, activities, different restaurants. We was upgraded to a twin room on arrival facing the grounds was so lovely! Bedroom and bathroom very clean and beds was comfy! Redmonds Restaurant faces outside watching scenery the food was so tasty and clean. as for the spa, the best spa I have visited in the U.K.! Very luxury clean and relaxing. would definitely recommend and will be returning
Location was fab, rooms very quirky and comfy, pool and hot tub and sauna were very good however quite loud so not very relaxing. Breakfast was great - lovely hash browns and service was impeccable
The hotel as a whole was amazing. Our room was so spacious and the added request of a bottle Prosecco was a lovely touch! All staff were really helpful and easy to talk to, they even gave us some recommendations on where to go in the city! The pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub were amazing and really helped us relax! The bar was fantastic and breakfast was so nice. Thank you all so much for making our stay at the hotel so good!
