The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

We arrived way before the check in time and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them and go out to finally return 2 hours early. We asked if we could check in early, they checked the rooms and the rooms were ready so they agreed. It had everything you needed in an apartment from kitchen utensils to an iron to a dishwasher... in addition to the amazing interior and balcony. They had a pool in the courtyard and a washing room to clean your laundry in(using coins). Only downside would be the church next door and its bell but we were okay with it because it kind of acted like an alarm clock to us and woke us early to start the day. They provided us with fans for the bedrooms and the living room. Amazing customer service and very kind staff. I definitely would come to this place again.

Set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Zell am See, Landhaus Marlies is just 500 metres away from the Schmittenhöhe Cable Car Station. The guest house features a spa area with an indoor swimming pool, steam bath and sauna. The location was close to the ski lift Schmittenhohenbahn, reachable by bus, in front of the house, only two stops away. The location has facilities (breakfast, indoor pool, sauna, ski storage room). The apartments are big and clean. We were lucky because at the end of February we had the chance to take part in the annual carnival in town, Fasching.
