The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

Set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Zell am See, Landhaus Marlies is just 500 metres away from the Schmittenhöhe Cable Car Station. The guest house features a spa area with an indoor swimming pool, steam bath and sauna. the staff was very kind, the room was very clean. very near to the leak “5 mins drive or less” I recommend it.
