Excellent location in Zell centre next to skibus (to Kaprun, Saalbach) and nearest lifts. Room was comfortable and had enough space. Even though there were several bars next door our room upstairs in the other side had no noise. Lockers for skigear were functional although they would have not fit two snowboards. Pool area and sauna were great for relaxing and the nudity culture was no problem for us. Breakfast buffet was excellent in quantity and quality. Ticket service worked w/o problem.

Very comfortable beds and nice pillows. Foor heating is a big bonus. Mini kitchen with a fridge is very useful. Everything brand new. Swimming pool, relaxation zone and sauna are amazing! Some snack and water in Spa area is very much appriciated. Family friendly hotel with a very good customer service and tasty hot breakfast. Free coffe from coffe machine on the side 24/7 is a great idea. Honesty bar-super convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at Romantik Hotel. Everything was fabulous… the staff, breakfast, dinner, room, wellness spa and location. A real highlight of our trip. We hiked in the beautiful mountains during the day, relaxed in the spa in the afternoon and had dinner in the restaurant each night, eating wonderful Austrian dishes.

Great location, close to the lake, the center and the cable cars. The room with a view of the courtyard was large, quiet, without air conditioning (so quite hot), the mattress was very uncomfortable, the equipment was older, but functional and clean. Breakfast OK + outdoor seating available. Good restaurant with outdoor seating and grill. Great wellness on the roof of the hotel! Hot tub, sauna, mountain view. We got a guest card which gave us free cable cars and a steamboat ride on the lake. We did not have time to use the other discounts.

The hotel is right in the center, just few mins from the lake. The highlight of our stay is the hotel's sister hotel Alpenblick where you have free access to its spa&wellness area which is absolutely great (sauna, in/outdoor pool and relax area), the hotel is located about 20 mins by walk. Room was clean, nice and spacious.

Location was excellent, short walk to ski bus, ski lift, restaurants, shops. The sauna/spa facilities were clean and excellent, a nice place to sit and relax, the swimming pool was a little chilly and only used it the once. The breakfast selection was extensive and staff were very competent in clearing tables so there was never any waiting. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.
