My sister and I stayed here and had a great time from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean and had a lovely view, complimentary bottled water and snacks were given each day and a welcome drink on arrival. The location is very good close to a lot of tourist sites and plenty of food options for the evening. Phuc and the lady that worked at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. They organised a private car to take us around the sites and to take us back to Hanoi which helped us make the most of our stay. They also had a great laundry service our clothes were delivered clean and folded in less than 24 hours.

Miss Ngue, our host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She helped plan our itinerary, organized a fantastic day trip, arranged transportation, and made sure we felt completely at home. Her warmth and dedication made our stay truly special.
The rooms are cozy and spotless, with a delicious breakfast served each morning. There’s also a lovely pool where you can unwind. It’s a peaceful oasis to recharge after a day of exploring.
But the real highlight is the hosts themselves – they are some of the kindest, most welcoming people we’ve met during our travels in Vietnam. Staying at Sunshine Homestay was an absolute pleasure, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Great location- 5 min easy walk from centre of tam coc with many eating places/ juice stalls and massage places on the way.
Room was clean and spacious with everything we needed including good AC and fan.
Our host Nam was amazing. Great communication prior to us arriving- organised transport for us from Cat BA and then afterwards, on to Hanoi. Messaged the day we were to arrive to check we had been picked up as planned. Welcomed us and with a drink and spent time talking with us about options for what we could do and where to visit.
Breakfast was ordered the night before and freshly cooked on the day with good variety for choice.
Also used the laundry service which was very helpful.
Highly recommend.

This lovely gem is off the beaten path, so you really feel like you can disconnect and relax a bit from the fast pace and hustle and bustle of Vietnam's big cities. It is surrounded by the cliffs that are iconic for the area, and if you're lucky, you can see goats climbing on them. Bikes are available for free, which made getting to all the main attractions very easy.
Our accomodation was a very cute restored truck that had character and ambiance. Water pressure was surprisingly good in the shower, and it was possible to have hot water! The pool was clean and refreshing after a day in the hot Sun. The food on site is also a great mix of local cuisine and international eats. The staff are without a doubt the kindest and most helpful ones we came across in Vietnam!
We booked a private day trip to Cuc Phuong National Park through the hotel for the following day, and the guide that they work with is also outstanding - he used to work in the park and is incredibly knowledgeable and kind! We learned a lot about the local people, culture, and experienced some beautiful views, along with sanctuaries / rescues for turtles and primates.
The staff also helped us book taxis to get into the city and bus tickets for us. Very easy and lovely stay here - highly recommend and would gladly come back!

Everything was just great.
We decided to go spontaneously to Ninh Binh and it was the best decision.
We stayed 2 night here and we could relax and felt super comfortable.
The staff is super kind and helpful, they organised for us our transportation to Hanoi Airport and cared about every detail.
The place is very clean and the rooms are great, bathroom super nice and beds super good.
We explored the surroundings with the free bikes and rented the scooter the second day, climbed the view point which is veery close to the accommodation and enjoyed the view of the limestone mountains to later have a nice time with a beer in their pool!
Breakfast was good and offer was super fair!

Serene and relaxed spot nestled in the middle of amazing landscape. Beautiful views in every direction. Perfect location to be away from it all, but also a short car ride from the tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pool was perfect spot to hang out and cool off. Breakfast was ample and varied, restaurant provided yummy meals and drinks. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.

Surroundings are fantastic! You can rent a pedal bike and go to some main attractions! Swimming pool is great (clean, deep). Good breakfast with fruits! (not the best food on the menu, but was ok). Staff remembered all the guest names, sweet! Plenty of space to relax! Free water refill. Comfortable facilities.
The family is so friendly and do their best to help you. Even I need to make a SPA reservation he help calling and remind me the reasonable tip. He also help us to book a mini Van to airport with a good deal price. The room is clean and the breakfast is awesome.

The pool and grounds are absolutely lovely. Very relaxing and wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights! The breakfast is very good and fresh with great coffee. The owners are so kind and generous. We were in a family room overlooking the pool which was fab. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

I loved this place. It was so relaxing and I met some lovely people. It’s in a good location for lots of attractions easily accessible on foot, by bike, motorbike or Grab. Khim and his family are so friendly and are always around to help out. There is a beautiful rooftop space which is great for yoga or exercise in the early morning or just before it gets dark. They have lots of good options for veggie and vegan food. Great breakfast that is included in the price. Highly recommend :)
the Lalita is in a great location about 1.5 I’m from Tam Coc with bikes available to help you explore the area very easily. The reception staff are incredible. nothing is too big an ask. They are friendly and profession and very very helpful. They don’t have a spa on the premises but they do provide gorgeous hot tub steam room and sauna facilities free of charge. Massages are available by bringing in an external masseuse.
