The receptionist is super friendly, she provided all info we need and we might need. The area of the hotel is large, it consisted of two buildings. The room that we got was really nice and spacious. If I remember right it was 213, not so sure. It has a huge balcony with comfortable beach chairs that my daughter and I love so much.
Food was also great, fresh tiger shrimp with acceptable price. Most of the above, the staffs are so awesome, they made us feel so welcomed and they always smiled.

We had a room with a large terrace, during the day you can quietly enjoy, weather permitting, the sun on the two deckchairs or armchairs.
The indoor pool is big enough to feel like you're swimming. If you can not bathe in the lakes that Sovata is renown for, seasonal reasons for example, you have an indoor heated salt water pool at your disposal. Children also have the opportunity of a bathe.

What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Very nice house in a great location and quiet area!The room, bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Our daughter loved the mezzanine. Close to shops, the salt mine and the spa.
We stayed in the studio, it honestly exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, warm enough for winter, very well equipped kitchen, clean, aesthetically pleasing and a cute little porch yo enjoy your morning coffee. The yard looked lovely also, but as it was pretty cold in January we mostly stayed inside. Outside there were also a ping pong table and a foosball table, bicycles to use, and a sauna and a hot tub. Free private parking was really helpful also. The host was very nice and helpful.
Pros: it is really in the centre of Praid. The breakfast was included in the price, it was fine and more than enough, everybody could choose something suitable to their taste. The public spaces were clean. The room and the bathroom were the appropriate size. There was always a free parking spot whenever we arrived back.
Location was good, close to the salt cave, breakfast was plentiful thou not too much variety, the rooms were spacious and the fridge in the room was a bonus during summer , hot days.
Nice surrounding. We came earlier but that was not a problem. The host was very friendly, helpful and reachable. Quiet place. Very peaceful. Clean. The rustic details, it was all very nice, inside and the little private veranda.
The fridge was nice. We used the hot tub (which was not inclusive) and it was a nice experience.
We loved the chalet with how it looks, but I think for four adults it will be quite small. - For us this was not a problem since it was only the two of us.

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious pensiune. I enjoyed the kind hospitality and the open-kitchen that had a deluxe coffee maker, basic dishes, a fridge, stove and microwave. The large courtyard was beautiful with a small trampoline, kids play area and hot-tub. (Unfortunately, the hot tub didn't work when we were there - but is being fixed) The workers were very kind and did extra things to make us comfortable.
Nice location, ideal for a 3-4 days long relaxation. The salty pool, sauna, steam are maintained well, the restaurant offers tasty food, maybe a small gym could improve still the overall sensation.
