This was our second stay and again - everything was great. This is a great venue for families with children. We appreciate the pool suitable for small kids with attractions, italian restaurant within the resort - with gluten-free options! Nice playground outside and child corner inside. Perfect breakfast with lots of children options. Suitable for gluten-free as well. Will come again.

Totally awesome! It was beyond our expectations. Well-equipped room with sauna, unlimited wellness and spa, outdoor swimming pool, fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here. I’d recommend the place not only for couples, but for parents with kids as well - the resort is very kids friendly. Biedronka right next to the resort is just a cherry on top 😁
Nice spacious apartment with beautiful views, only bit noisy from the jacuzzi outside in the evening. Nice balcony. Smaller size of a bed.

The spa is small, but clean. Water in jacuzzi is changed every morning. The swimming pool gets very full in the evening . Saunas are running only from 4pm.
Wellness and spa area was really good. Small, but beautiful and relaxed ❤️ location is good. It is 30 minutes by walk from train station. My room was clean and I had everything I needed in this room. I could prepare meals by myself in room, so this was very helpful.

We loved the Bergo Hotel stay. The hotel is very nice and in a high standard. The rooms are very spacious with nice balcony. VERY comfortable beds! Great choice for breakfast as well as the evening meal.

Great modern and clean resort perfect for families, we have already been there and we will return again for sure. Nothing similar for this price/service in Cesko. Nice pools and wellness included, cleanness, rich breakfast/dinner buffet, sauna in the room, spacious apartment.
We found accommodation at the last minute. The room was large and spacious, but unfortunately the view directly onto the ventilation chimney from the kitchen. There is a bowling alley, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna (Finnish), relaxation sauna, steam sauna, small children's pool, children's room. Breakfast and dinner buffet - excellent, nothing to complain about and even demanding clientele can choose. In room fridge and kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee, mugs, bathrobes and slippers. Receptionists (ladies) nice. Hotel in the centre.
- Breakfast buffet was good! The layout a was a little tight when there's a lot of people.
- Swimming pool and sauna/spa area were very relaxing and well taken care of.
- Big parking lot for those arriving by car.
- Great location by the mountains with plenty of trails to climb.
- The town is cute and full of cafés, restaurants and shops. There's even a monkey forest!
