Normally i give fairly good rating but this time I have to voice our disappointment and sobering from our expectation based on advertisement and reality.
The hotel would probably deserve solid 8 but we were so frustrated that I can give higher than 7.

The hotel will likely not impress you, but overall it really great value for what you pay and we would come back - the rooms in Adult section are quite new, the bed is comfortable, two minutes by walk from the main building with saunas. Soap and shower gel in the bathroom was of a good quality for a hotel.
The wellness in the main building has 3 saunas, steam room, relax room and swimming pools, in the morning it was pretty empty, in the evening quite full, again, for what you pay, the value is good.
Location is pretty close to the main area with shops and restaurants.

Located not far from the tracking routes, the quality of the breakfast and dinner is as expected - we've enjoyed. There are 2 swimming pools: indoors and outdoors, with the part from the little ones, no (big) slides though, just a small one in the internal swimming pool. Sauna area is quite nice, as polish people are not such great fans of sauna any time of the day, I've enjoyed Czechs and Slovaks company as usually in such hotels :) The stuff is very nice and helpful.
Totally awesome! It was beyond our expectations. Well-equipped room with sauna, unlimited wellness and spa, outdoor swimming pool, fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here. I’d recommend the place not only for couples, but for parents with kids as well - the resort is very kids friendly. Biedronka right next to the resort is just a cherry on top 😁
The main hotel was far more better than the apartment building, which was plain and looked cheap. As we stayed previously in the main one, I can tell the difference is huge not in favour of apartments.

The hotel has a great location - beautiful mountain views but also within walking distance to the city centre. Our room was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast was tasty with a great variety of both sweet and savoury options.
