Quiet large room with a comfortable bed, kitchenette and clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Very good breakfast. Great location for exploring Kraków on foot. The hotel is clearly older and has a bit of a retro vibe but has all the mod cons and is immaculately cared for. We very much enjoyed our stay.

In short: The best hotel I have stayed in. The entire hotel is amazing, excellent design with details everywhere (each painting has been hand selected), and extremely clean (both the room and all of the facilities). The MAC cafe is very hip, the (free) sauna and (very good) coffee more than welcome, as were the various activities, such as the (also free!) tour of the Kazimierz area and the yoga class. The room was spacious, with very modern design and very clean. The hotel was also pet friendly, which I appreciated.

Modern hotel. Got upgraded to a large 90 m2 apartment, which was just as good and comfy as it gets. Thanks a lot! Location is perfect, with both trams, buses and trains just a few minutes walk away. The old town is still within reasonable walking distance, with many sights along the way. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold food.

Location was great, staff was nice, sauna was nice… I think location and relatively nice rooms are a bonus. Hotel is new and well kept. Parking in the basement is small and pricy but worth the money
