The room I booked had a leak in the hallway coming in from the rain outside, however the staff were proactive in knocking our door to see if everything was ok and when they learned of the leak they then immediately upgraded us to a suite. The staff could not have been more friendly, courteous and accommodating. My partner and I were very happy with our stay and with how we were treated.

The location was close to bus and tram lines. My club room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and had a variety of options. The first day there were gluten free muffins which were good. Both days had a gluten free granola. There were a couple of cheeses and cold meats as well as eggs and bacon. I really enjoyed the spa. It consisted of an infared sauna, a wet sauna and a mineral pool with jets. It was a nice way to ease muscles after a lot of walking.

Breakfast was a bit pricey but very good with a big selection. Good location within view of the Halfpenny Bridge. Very stylish and I loved the public space with lots of groups of seating for relaxing over a drink. Welcoming staff. Classy room decor with a really comfortable bed. Loved the fish tank TV screen saver, very relaxing.

This is a very well located Hotel for the city centre and cultural sights. The rooms are well appointed and very modern - we were 'upgraded' to one with single beds to give us more space but the standard double (Snug Nest) was good too, although limited in space. The breakfast was extensive and varied and the general eating/relaxing area was nicely appointed and quiet.

Rooms clean and comfortable, lobby was well decorated for the festive season. Was great to have a leisure facility with pool and jacuzzi although disappointed that the sauna was not in use. Great massage too although the massage room was right next to the pool so lots of noise which made it not as relaxing as it could have been. Very accommodating with late check out. Good choice at breakfast.

A lovely guest house in the heart of Dublin. Very clean and cosy with friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast offered was extremely nice for our stay and gave good value for money. Sauna and spa tub in the room excellent and relaxing. Excellent wifi quality. The kind handling of clarifications before our stay highly appreciated.
